I think you cant install it without replacing them. I dont want to install them but after that I decided to install them and it take about half an hour.

Its not so diffulct just install SAAT and you can install them easily
Or a installed file comes with weapons sound mod, I have installed Weapons Sound Mods of Sak in the installation there is a installed file and I need to just replace it with my older and done.

I think you got confused. Because Overdose latest version is 1.4 and you are saying version 1.6 maybe you have New Great Effects 1.6 by SAK.

And dont say about any other dll files because I have all the files nedded. It doesnot starts.
Also color mod dont works. It also does not opens. I have asi loder.

I think it should have Graphics Card problem or Video Card Problem.

Can you tell me a easy way to install project obivillion iwthout find and replace(img tool). It consumes so much time to install.
