Malfunction Report: 24.08 - 27.08.2017

What happened?: The Server is currently affected by a huge DDoS attack as it seems. Multiple IPs are flooding the server, and every attempt to restart the server fails. I have contacted the hoster for a solution, and I hope the server will be upa again in a few days. Sorry for the inconvenience and downtime caused by that.

When did it happen?: 24.08 - now

Many samp servers are facing ddos attack which are ultimately forcing them to change their server ip. This might help http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?p=3918285#post3918285. This is a massive ddos attack, moreover I think that it has some connections with http://business.newsfactor.com/news/DreamHost--DDoS-Caused-Outages/story.xhtml?story_id=12200DOISMIY too as the dates of the attack are completely matching.

What is wrong with the new forum ?

hey wolf, is the server up yet? i can't see the name on the list, just the plain (Retrieving Info). If it is, then can someone help?

The server should now be back up. There has been a new release of Samp servers,dealing with this query flooding problem.
We were not the only server affected by this, many servers on hosted list suffered from the same issue.

The problem related to connection flood is still not fixed.

When will we be able to connect on server?
