guys Help win 8.1 problem HELP

I Formated My Pc To Win 8.1 thghout it Will Be recomended for Games
But I Installed My Gta And it Started Lagging As hell
(no mods)
idk wat to do

Guys If No Suggetions or Help came in The Next 6/7 Hours i'll Post inactive app
Since i can't play if i Can't fix it :/

And maybe try to download GTA as again download it again and also stamp then hope this helps good luck in getting it fixed bro

Lol he mean to install the previous window again u had.
And by the way i was playing in window 8 for 7-8 months and it didn't cause any lag.(dunno abt 8.1)
U hv buyed window 8.1 or downloaded the cracked version ?

I Run Windows 8.1 pro and has no problems in SAMP So if u have a Lag issues Contact me on Skype with ur PC Spec (File explorer -> right click -> properties) then copy & Paste them @Skype. I'll give u some solutions Depending on ur PC Specs but first u got to send it to me.

ps: u can use Lightshot to take a ss of it
