Guys, I don't know what to do. I can't play the game. The problem is that there is an error symbol at the bottom right corner of my pc although my modem is completely fine. With that symbol there, I can't access the network. The only way to interact with you is through wifi. Please help me guys.

Is there a yellow triangle with an logo, like what's is not working?

Exactly. But I tried reconnecting my modem several times but it's of no use. At the beginning, restarting solved this issue. But it's not working now.

There are two solutions :

- It is possible that your cable is connected to your pc and joined in your modem is a problem inside, that is to say cards that can be broken or your usb port does not work.

- It is also possible that there is an error in Physical Address.
If it worked before I think there is a mistake in your cable, I can not tell you more desoler.

there is also an option that the yellow cable itself is broken

Step 1: check your win firewall and antivirus
Step 2: check if you do not have the proxy enabled in the web config
Step 3: check if your PC is receiving dns

generally it remains a problem to host.
also try this:

Click Start, then click Control Panel.
Click view network status and tasks under Network and Internet.
Click Change adapter settings.
Right-click Local Area Connection, and click Properties.
Select Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6), and then click Properties.
Select Obtain an IPv6 address automatically, select Obtain DNS server address automatically, and then click OK.
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click Properties.
Select Obtain an IP address automatically, select Obtain DNS server address automatically, and then click OK.
