Not bad server I see, have some potential. But imo TOTALLY mess with classes, teams and so. Main problems are:
-11 ranks! But only 2 of them (500 and 1000 score) open acces to the new classes. This way players won't get much stimulus in getting score.
-Mess with weapons, heavy classes got knifes and smoke grends while stealth ones frag grenades.
-Excess of ammo in m4, mp5, uzi.
-Fully terrorists advantage: spaming bombs, suicide attacks.
-Easy to avoid death with /reclass or just /helljumper.
So I suggest:
