in most tdm events there should be team balance, many times only single playe for eg: a player of cop has to play with 10 terrorists
so there should be team balance

thats my suggestion

I think it is something like that "Terrorists are full in event" Is it that thing. But exactly it is not that thing. Also team balance outside event annoys so much lol.
