Comment(optional): i never use them where is the problem? i use them just on my own server.

Ex: Someone asks me if I use hacks and I say in a joke manner "Yes", but I don't use them.

If I was you I would've made abit more than that.

Should be unbanned since the job of an admin is to detect hacks not prodect them.
There is no sertant reason for that ban since even some admins have unavtivated hacks.

I know this guy from FMJ and he admitted once there and he used hack too but i didn't have enough proof.

He was reporting a hacker to me few days ago, but noone reported him yet... And he helped me to bust that hacker, too.
