It's about a strategic place for terrorists (Title), located at the Drive-In Theatre in the desert.

maybe portable radars to spot snipers for the terrorists, but it costs money to activate it for x ammount of time.

yep not a bad idea but for radar I think it would have been better to make a capturable base on the desert big radar spot, owner of the base can reveal sniper pos ?
