Why i'm banned?

I don't know why i'm banned I stopped playing when I left SAMP for a while, now i'm back today its says 'you are banned from this server' I asked a admin he says you are not in ban logs maybe my IP is banned, so please unban it I wish to play on this server, I also have MOH in the server.

Please make an unban appeal
First copy the format https://desertstorm-gtaclan.forumotion.com/t16-unban-format
and then make an unban appeal
