first of all I want to say I'm from latin america so forgive me if my English is not very good.Now what happened is that watches a sniper, so I went and acuchiye behind, but did not die (bug he stayed) attempting to shoot, but when bugged does not hurt and only moves while you cast, then appeared killer and gave me a ban

Since ur banned from an owner i dont think u have any chances of unbann and when i click on the links of the photos it says 403 - Forbidden

Well the one you attacked got your health down to 41. But somehow then no more hit from his side did affect you in any kind (both were moving no lag [Ping under 100])
The hit bar above your head when you get shot at, is an irrefragable proof for his hit on you. No proofs taken since unable to catch HH on a pic. Waiting for other admins independent opinion.

It is very difficult to say if you hack or not. Every hacker says the same "WE DON'T HACK BUT ADMIN HAVE BAN US WRONGLY". I think if anyone else saw him hacking they can reply here, if none then one last chance might be given.

I'd give him a chance since he is an old player and he doesn't seem a hacker, I saw him several times and he was fine
