1. Added /menu command

Menu includes the following options:

-Music and Radio Streams

-Equipment Shop (Armour and etc.) but will only work in own base

-Weapon Shop (similiar to /weapons command)

-Stats Information Dialogs

-VIP and Donation Info

-General Server Information (Forum Site,Server IP,Location,Youtube Chanell)

-Guide how to become a member


Further Commands:

/stopradio to stop music and radio streams
