STPU-related bug

This section seemed like the best place to put this topic. I noticed that I reached the final rank of STPU today but I cannot pick up many of the free weapons inside the STPU building. I call it a bug since it tells me:

[23:29:47] You need to be at least Special Response Unit Officer to get this free weapon !
[23:30:02] You need to be at least SWAT Officer to get this free weapon !
[23:30:03] You need to be at least Assistant Chief to get this free weapon !
[23:30:04] Your weapon: Desert Eagle
[23:30:05] Armour received !

The STPU Commander is the highest rank, meaning I should be able to pick any one of those weapons up, right? For some reason, I can only get Deagle and armour.

Can this be fixed?

You just lost your rank after ranking up coz the STPU system is bugged.  Sry for this
