suggestion : vote kick

well , sometimes are not  admins online but many hacker / rulebreaker. so if they arent admins online 
anyone can type /votekick  and users need to vote if he hacks , and if all vote for kick , he will get kick =D

i never saw that only 1 member is online..

I think it would better be 3 votes=kick (but only for members)

+1 but it should either be for members an only or players that have a certain score. And it should be 3 votes equals a kick if it is members only but if it is for players with a certain score then it should be 5 votes equal a kick.

It will be Much Better if Members only Can use it (Admins Can Kick and Ban)

It won't be abused because just members could use it and if members will abuse that command,they will get instant kick from community.
