Buy a your own car and /duel

First one is Car.
Add like a place where u can buy cars when u buy then u get the key and stuff u can lock them only u can drive it others cant .

Second one is Duel

Add a cmd /duel id weapon name/names that will be fun 2 then duels is done

In chat there writes [DUEL]: [DS]SplasH has won agenst Nicz0r in a duel.

For the car suggestion no , this is not a role play server to buy your own car..
Anyways if this has to be done , we are gonna edit Account saving system to assign the car with your name.
Which might make a great mess.
About the duel command , i am currently working on a duel system also with a /watch command.
