2.)We must learn to say "NO".

ok now i will tell u the truth it was my big brother who used to hack but now he has left playing games, so i now play, i started playig samp just 4 weeks ago when he was rangebanned

also that software is not on my pc
coz i installed windos 7 again after my brother went to college, he now lives he only comes during holidays
yesterday i didnt knew that how my ip matched with a hacker but i asked my bro through phone then i came to know about it..

i want to apologize to everone
specially incognito whom my brother reported for a stupid reason, ultimater, and all other respected staffs
