2. step : Uninstall San Andreas MultiPlayer (SAMP) from your PC ..

Have you try Karl's resolve, Lightning ?

I have a bad connection, my connection speed becomes 1mbps from 4 mbps when my usage go up from 15gb and I have used that 15 gb and now the downloading is slow anyways if it resolves the problem then I will be very happy.

I thik that it can be problem in samp.cfg or sometehing so plz give me the SAMP folder which is in GTA San Andreas User Files.
