update your samp client to r2(if you use r1, till the server upgrades to 0.3.7 ofcourse) to avoid this bug from happening a lot:) i cant unban ya but it is advice:P

Thanks for your advice Nameless, but i still using 0.3z (of course r2) since i don't know the new update of sa-mp

I'm unbanned but yea.. i have different ip than the old one i gave to you, i need to ask my isp provider why my Static IP is changed to Dynamic IP while my internet package is Static IP
