i think we should give him a second chance since
1. i think he havent used hacks i seen him ingame at that time and he had skill
2. i haven't seen the proof

but on the other side, he evaded and he needs to tell the full story not half, looking at his other topic hes missing a lot here.

I know this guy since long time and never saw him using such hacks. Even i feel to give him second chance. The proof shows him using bulletproof hack but he might be bugged too ( as he said he was unable to kill too ).
