C4 bomb planting

I think it is unfair how when terrorists get only $1000 and 3 scores(if successful) when they plant a bomb that costs $5000 to buy. Army can plant an airstrike and get $5000 and 5 scores(if successful) and there is no cost, it is possible for that army player to get more than $5000 and 5 scores from an airstrike as they can deactivate the SAM missiles and get $1000 and 1 score, it is also possible for an army player to get $5000 and 5 score even if the airstrike is unsuccessful by deactivating the SAM missiles 5 times. So I would appreciate if you could reward terrorists $5000 and 5 score for a successful plant, remove the cost of $5000 to buy C4 and for terrorists and army to be able to deactivate and activate the C4 bomb for a certain amount of times for $1000 and 1 score each time it is activated and deactivated. This way it is fair for both army and terrorists.

No price of C4 should be like $3000 and you shouldnt be abel to activate it again..

but then it isn't fair because the terrorists don't earn as much money or score.
