Anyway, ra is posting my videos on vid. dashboard (and stormy too), so if you want post your video here, ra is active on skype, and if I need something I will send him via Skype or Forum PM :S !

A simple solution : Management can give rights to News Reporters / Video advertisers to post their videos in Video Dashboard.

Any other person must give the link to the management and they will decide whether to post it there...
