As you can see in this pic that he has Flame Thrower that can only be possible when you take mechanic class.

Maybe he bought that flame thrower at the outpost (idk if the outpost is selling that )

Outpost is not a shop of selling weapons LOL! And also he was HH+Speedhack+Spawning vehicles in bombs place[annoyed me] He block the way to the place where we plant bombs
